All jobs begin with a walkthrough to discuss areas that need to be cleaned, along with any trouble spots. Before any work is started, we will provide you with a total price that won’t change unless you ask for something extra. If you choose to only have walkways done, you only pay for walkways, not the whole room.
A technician will pre-spray all areas with our propriety blend to loosen dirt. If you requested Pet Treatment, those areas will be pre-treated as well.
Our truck-mounted steam-cleaning machines use filtered, pre-softened water heated to 230 degrees and clean at 500 PSI. Our cleaning solution is about 95% steam and 5% rinsing agent.
Once the cleaning is finished, the lead technician will walk through and post-treat any problem areas and make sure all furniture that was moved is properly set on protectors.

Ann Arbor Rug and Carpet Cleaning now offers wood floor cleaning services. Our three-step process scrubs away dirt and grime from your floors. Technicians start by spraying a degreaser specifically designed to loosen dirt from wood floors with minimal moisture. We then use a counter-rotating brush to scrub away dirt and grime. Finally, we use our wood floor cleaning machine to extract the slurry and clean the floor with an alcohol-based cleaner that helps dry out any moisture left. As an added feature, we can lay down a hardwood floor refinisher that helps add shine back to your floor. Floors usually dry in 30 minutes, and floors can be walked on within an hour.

Depending on what type of upholstery you have, furniture can be cleaned to look like new. Using our furniture cleaning attachment, we can use the same powerful truck-mounted machine to clean your couches, loveseats, chairs, benches, and ottomans. The process begins with a pre-spray to loosen the ground-in dirt and oil. Using our new, improved hand tools, we clean your furniture and extract 2X more moisture than older equipment. With the new technology, most furniture will be dry within 3-4 hours.

Ann Arbor Rug and Carpet Cleaning offers in-plant rug cleaning for your convenience. Rugs that are brought in will be pre-treated with our proprietary spray, and then agitated with our counter rotating brush to help scrub the fibers clean. Then both sides of the rug will be steam cleaned using one of our truck-mounted machines. Any spots that require extra attention will be treated at that point. Finally, rugs are hung to dry for 24 hours before we roll them up and store them in plastic bags. Pick up and Delivery is also available, and most rugs are ready to be returned in 1 week.

We offer a variety of carpet repair services, everything from patching to stretches to dye spots. We will do our best to seamlessly repair patches. If you have any pieces of your carpet from when it was installed, please let us know when you call. For stretches we inspect, then use our handy tools to remove any wrinkles. With dye spots we bring in our special kit and do our best to remove any coloration from ink or other dyes.

We treat as needed, using deodorizer as well as more technical chemicals such as urine stain remover, and scent removal. In extreme cases we will lift carpet and clean both sides.

Our expert technicians will treat and clean spots in order to remove them. While we cannot guarantee removal, we will do our best to at least brighten the spot.
We do everything from pet stains, treated with our deodorizer as well as pre and post treatment chemicals, to ink spots and blood stains.

When it comes to floods don’t hesitate to call! We will remove water from all surfaces and cut out pad if required. Often, we will leave an air mover, which is essentially a fan, to help further dry the affected area. We will also relay pad after the area has dried if requested.
